Research shows that facial rejuvenation should be administered consistently to build a cumulative effect on your outward appearance and your inner health.
6-12 treatments are recommended for ages 30 or below.
12-24 treatments are recommended for ages 30-45.
24-48 treatments are recommended for ages 45 or up.
Unlike fillers or injections, facial rejuvenation treatments do not offer immediate results, but rather create a compounding effect with each session building on the prior one. With consistent treatments, you can experience long-lasting and natural effects in your appearance. Results from facial rejuvenation treatments can last 5 years or more and require minimal maintenance.

What to Expect
Your initial consult includes a detailed personal health history, skin assessment, and an open discussion of your health goals.
After your initial visit, Dr. Cat will curate an individualized treatment plan to address your goals which will include the recommended amount and frequency of treatments.
At your follow-up session, Dr. Cat will present your treatment plan and you will receive your first treatment.
COSMETIC ACUPUNCTURE
Cosmetic acupuncture involves the insertion of acupuncture needles into specific points on the face and neck to address your specific skin concerns. It is an all-natural, non-toxic, and generally pain-free procedure. Often referred to as the "acu face lift", cosmetic acupuncture takes a holistic and all-natural approach at reducing lines, brightening the face, targeting blemishes, toning the facial muscles, plumping the lips and skin, and lifting and tightening the skin. It stimulates collagen and elastin production and cell-turnover, and tones the facial muscles. It also encourages lymphatic and circulatory flow to drain out toxins and to bring in nutrients and oxygen to the skin.
Each cosmetic acupuncture session includes facial gua sha, micro-current therapy, LED light therapy, and face and body acupuncture.
Cosmetic acupuncture is designed to help you maintain a youthful and glowing appearance from the inside out.

MICRONEEDLING
Microneedling is a non-invasive and non-toxic procedure. Simply put, microneedling is the insertion of very fine short needles into the skin for the purpose of rejuvenation. The premise is simple - create a small wound and the skin will respond with collagen production and new skin cells. It penetrates the epidermis and dermis, offering a deeper penetration of the skin and is best for deep wrinkles, hyperpigmentation, stretch marks, deep acne scars, and alopecia. It increases absorption of facial products into the skin by up to 3000%.
Microneedling can only be administered once every 4 weeks.
Every microneedling session takes a holistic approach to address the whole body and underlying conditions. Each session includes LED light therapy, body acupuncture, hyaluronic acid and apple stem cell serums, and finished with a hydrating face mask.
Microneedling can be safely administered once every 4 weeks.
For best results, microneedling should be administered for 3-6 months in conjunction with a cosmetic acupuncture plan.

PRE- AND POST-CARE
Prior to any facial rejuvenation session:
Stay hydrated.
Eat a snack or light meal 1-3 hours before your appointment.
Wait 2 weeks after botox injections or fillers to receive any facial rejuvenation treatment.
After any facial rejuvenation sessions:
Stay hydrated
Follow your provided after-care instructions.
Avoid excessive sweating, alcohol consumption, or sun exposure immediately following treatment.
